Rachel Doyel is a board-certified and licensed genetic counselor with extensive clinical experience in maternal-fetal medicine and pediatrics. Following her clinical experiences, she transitioned to a role in the industry as a Medical and Scientific Liaison in the reproductive genetics space. She also has experience with rare disease diagnostics and is currently employed at Sema4. She has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry with a biochemistry concentration from Saint Mary’s College and a master’s degree in medical and molecular genetics from Indiana University. Rachel is currently the President of the Indiana Network of Genetic Counselors and is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors. She is also active in educational efforts for genetic counseling graduate students and is currently a member of the Indiana State University Genetic Counseling Program Advisory Board. She has previously served on Institutional Review Boards and Ethics Committees.
